The Annual General Meeting of the Telework Association will be held at Henley Management College, Greenlands, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 3AU at 09:00 on Thursday September 11th 2008. Members who are are unable to be there in person may attend remotely by telephone audio conference. If you want to vote on any or all of the resolutions you must attend in person or appoint a proxy.
PROXY VOTING
If you cannot attend the AGM in person you can vote in the following ways:
1) Appoint a proxy to attend the AGM in your place, in which case your proxy should bring to the meeting a letter from you containing:

  1. Your voting wishes for Resolutions 1 - 8
  2. The full name of your nominated proxy
  3. Your name and address
  4. Your signature

2) Appoint the Chairman of the meeting to vote on your behalf, in which case please email the Chairman of the meeting (chairman@telework.org.uk) with the following information:

  1. Your name and address
  2. A telephone number where you can be contacted
  3. Your voting wishes for Resolutions 1 - 8 or, if you prefer, a statement authorising the chairman to vote as he considers fit on each Resolution on your behalf. Your email must reach the Chairman by 17:00 on September 5th 2008.
